Returns
At SNEAKERMODE, all sales are final. As we operate in a consignment marketplace, we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges. Once a transaction is complete, the independent consignor receives immediate payment for their merchandise.
Further, we are unable to offer return or exchange on wrong sizing selection.
SNEAKERMODE only accepts returns in the event that the goods received are faulty or not as described, or in the unlikely event that the item is deemed to be unauthentic. In the extremely rare case that an item falls into this category, all products must be returned immediately to our HQ in brand new and original condition with all tags attached.
