SHIPPING

All online/credit orders are shipped through Australia Post or DHL at the customer’s discretion. We aim to have your items processed and shipped within 24 hours unless stated otherwise. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details.

SNEAKERMODE takes no responsibility for any loss or damage associated with your items during transit with your selected courier. Additionally, insurance on parcels is available to be purchased via the shipping checkout. If you do not purchase parcel insurance, you will not be able to recuperate any lost funds in the event of a damaged or lost parcel.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All credit orders through SNEAKERMODE will be shipped through Australia Post and DHL at the customer’s discretion.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Expected delivery time for domestic shipping is 3–7 business days via Australia Post and DHL.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping is available and will incur an added fee calculated at checkout. Expected delivery time for express shipping is the following business day after your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery dates are a best estimate only and SNEAKERMODE cannot guarantee that your parcel arrives within the times provided.

All deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees.

PO BOXES AND HOTELS

We can ship your parcels to PO Boxes and Hotels Australia Wide given that the delivery details are clear, concise, accurate and accessible to the courier.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

Shipping outside of Australia is subject to review. Shipping costs and details will be generated upon order.

Please note that international shipping times and costs will vary depending on customs laws and distance from Australia.

International customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes after an item ships.
