退款政策

At SNEAKERMODE, all sales are final. As we operate in a consignment marketplace, we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges. Once a transaction is complete, the independent consignor receives immediate payment for their merchandise.
Further, we are unable to offer return or exchange on wrong sizing selection.

SNEAKERMODE acknowledges that certain circumstances may arise which warrant a full refund of the purchase price.

SNEAKERMODE only accepts returns in the event that the goods received are faulty or not as described, or in the unlikely event that the item is deemed to be unauthentic.

Where a refund is granted, SNEAKERMODE will provide a full refund purchase price.

Each case is unique and will be handled on an individual basis.

 ORDER CANCELLATION

If a purchase is cancelled due to item availability, incorrect listed pricing or incorrect descriptive information SNEAKERMODE has the right to cancel the transaction. You will be contacted via email and one of the following alternatives will be offered: 

  • An appropriate replacement will be offered
  • The item will be provided to you at the correct price/with the correct information
  • A full refund will be provided

SNEAKERMODE also reserves the right to cancel any orders/transactions in any situation where we feel necessary.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order. Please review your shopping cart and shipping information before checking out to avoid any problems with your order.

In the event that you have entered the incorrect shipping details, please notify us immediately. If your order has already been shipped, Sneakermode accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items if incorrect details have been given.

Please note that sizes listed with a '(W)' are women's sizes.
